Disabling Notes for mobile devices (iOS® Devices - To be completed after 12/1/2015)

We recommended to disable notes as some customers incurred overage charges from notes being enabled and continuously syncing.

Turning Off Notes

Select Settings

Select Mail, Contacts and Calendars

Select your FIDNET or FIDMAIL email account

Turn off NOTES
